Kotija Taco Shop – Chula Vista
Kotija Taco Shop is an authentic Mexican street food restaurant in the Orange Village Plaza in Chula Vista. During my recent visit, I had a chance to try their mini-sized tacos. Although small in size, the tacos were generously stuffed with meat.
The pork adobada taco was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor in every bite. The meat was perfectly seasoned and combined with fresh toppings to create a mouthwatering experience that left me craving for more. The fish taco was also a delightful surprise, with a delicious blend of flavors that made it an instant favorite. I might need to order the regular-size fish taco next time.
While the cabeza taco was tender, I found the taste a bit plain. However, when paired with their tasty green and red salsa, it transformed into a delectable treat that left me thoroughly satisfied.
Overall, Kotija Taco Shop provides a superb experience in terms of taste, quality, and authenticity. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, this delightful hole-in-the-wall is a must-visit for any taco fan.
