Millennium Biltmore, originally the Los Angeles Biltmore, opened in 1923 in Downtown LA. It was deemed a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument in 1969. The architecture is a combination of the Spanish-Italian Renaissance Revival, Mediterranean Revival, and Beaux Arts styles, meant as an homage to the Castilian heritage of Los Angeles.
